  • FixMobileIssue giving the surety of data security but loss of data and recovery of 100% of data is not guaranteed. The Customer can ensure FixMobileIssue for all software/licenses validity/originality that the customer has on its equipment/device. FixMobileIssue reminds to all its customers to keep on all the original CDs/ Licenses for any loss of installed application software during the process of repair. FixMobileIssue is not responsible for any instance of pre – installed pirated software.
  • We reserve the right at our sole discretion that replacing the old part of your device with our new part will be taken back by the company.
  • Customer need to handover the replaced part to our technician post repair of device.
  • If your gadget is collected for repair, it should take 72 hrs for it to be repaired. It could take longer depending on delays on parts approval and/ or parts procurement.
  • If gadget requires a part replacement, part cost will be borne by the customer. Our customer service team will call you exclusively to take your kind approval before we replace any parts.
  • The warranty covers the service issues fixed and parts replaced (original & compatible) by FixMobileIssue. Warranty doesn’t cover any breakage/water damage caused by external environment after a mobile has been delivered. Repairs of water damage phones do not carry any warranty.
  • FixMobileIssue includes a secure process to guard your device's safety, however we don't seem to be accountable for any loss /damage of the gadget during the time of transit service/repair or while the gadget is within the custody of FixMobileIssue as there are uncontrollable factors that may cause the identical. Please note that while collecting the device, make sure the request proof of the invoice is mentioned in any respect times.
  • All phones which are fixed or repaired will be held for 15 days maximum. Post repair if delivery not claimed by the customer, after 15 days company won’t be responsible for any loss/damage.
  • In case the gadget is given with NO POWER/NO DISPLAY/ completely non-functional, only post us through check-up, we will be able to revert with exact diagnosis and list of damaged parts. We follow a decision tree approach to repair the problem;thus, it could be quite possible that we may call you more than once to seek a revised approval of additional parts.
  • If you want to know anything about your repair status of your device, then you need to contact our customer care. Also, you can write us to our mail for any query.
  • The tempered glass applied on the screen of smartphone by the customer will be removed when it will be undergone the repair by FixMobileIssue & in that case FixMobileIssue will not liable for tempered glass loss.
  • FixMobileIssue will not be liable for damage/loss of any accessories which is submitted by customer at the time of pickup of your device.
  • There is no service charge on concerns/complaints regarding repairs that are raised within 7 days of delivery of product.
  • However, we charge a nominal service fee of Rs.299 as service/labour charge if the complaint is raised 7 days post-delivery.
  • Warranty for all repairs other than Touch & LCD is 30 days from the time device has been delivered.
  • The warranty covers the service issues which were fixed by FixMobileIssue.
  • Battery replacement does not carry any warranty.
